Cabal Investments is always looking for opportunities. More specifically, we look for value add opportunities. Properties can be in distress, but we prefer opportunities that are breakeven to slightly cash flowing, though we have taken on difficult situations. We will consider apartments with deferred maintenance or mechanical issues, but prefer administrative distress versus physical or economic distress. |
